Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Personal data
The website only collects the data required for it to work:
- Purchases: payment is handled by PayPal; the website keeps the transaction reference, the item purchased, the amount and the buyer's e-mail address, in order to deliver the licence.
- Licences: the e-mail address linked to the licence and a technical identifier of the computer when the software is activated, in order to check licence use.
- Software statistics: version used, IP address and approximate location (country, city) sent by the software, for usage statistics.
This data is never transferred or sold to third parties. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, by e-mail at service.technique@malchrosoft.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
